Now He Flies Worldwide
Now He Flies Worldwide
Umut is a pilot for a Turkish airline. When we started working together, he was facing a mandatory English assessment that would determine his entire career path.
Umut knew the technical information inside and out. But the thought of having to speak clearly under pressure kept him up at night.
We practised the precise scenarios he'd face, including questions thrown at him with no warning and situations where he had to think on his feet and sound confident doing it.
When Umut passed his assessment, he achieved a goal he’d worked toward for years. He now flies international routes.
How Tomasz Started Leading in English
How Tomasz Started Leading in English
Tomasz relocated to Germany for a leadership position. He had the technical skills and the strategic thinking his role required. But leading international meetings in English? That's where he felt stuck.
As someone naturally introverted, he found himself overthinking everything from his grammar to his word choice. By the time he felt ready to contribute, the moment had usually passed.
We worked on the real situations he faced, including leading team discussions and giving presentations.
Three months later, Tomasz told me he finally felt like people could see what he was capable of. The promotion to Manager followed soon after.
I’m Paul — a native British English teacher.
I’ve taught over 5,000 online lessons and helped professionals across Europe and Asia communicate clearly and confidently when the pressure is high.
My approach focuses on confidence and clarity — not perfection.
